📖 FxThrone – Instant Account Rules

The FxThrone Instant Account is designed for traders who want to start trading funded capital immediately without going through a challenge phase.

🔹 Step 1 – Account Setup – Funded Stage

Daily Drawdown Limit: 2% of your equity at the start of each trading day.

Example: If your equity at market open is $100,000 → your maximum allowed loss for the day is $2,000.

Overall Drawdown Limit: 4% of the starting balance.

Example: On $100,000 → equity must never drop below $96,000.

🔹 Risk & Drawdown Rules

Daily Drawdown (2%)

  • • Calculated on the equity at the start of the day.
  • • Example 1: Start of day = $100,000 → limit = $2,000 → if equity drops to $98,000, account fails.
  • • Example 2: Start of day = $104,000 → limit = $2,080 → if equity drops to $101,920, account fails.

Overall Drawdown (4%)

  • • Measured from the initial account balance.
  • • Example: On a $100,000 challenge, equity must never fall below $96,000 at any point.

Hard Breach Rule

• Breaking daily drawdown or overall drawdown rules will result in immediate account failure.

🔹 Trading Rules

Allowed Instruments

• Forex pairs, commodities, indices, metals, cryptocurrencies, and stocks (availability may vary by broker).

Leverage

• Up to 1:100 on Forex (other instruments may vary depending on broker conditions).

Trading Strategies

• ✅ Allowed: Scalping, swing trading, hedging.

• ❌ Prohibited: Martingale, grid strategies, latency arbitrage, or exploiting unrealistic tick data, algo/EAs, high-frequency trading bots (HFT).

Position Rules

• Funded Stage: Open as many positions as your margin allows, but only a maximum of 2 positions per instrument (pair) at any given time.

Holding Rules (Funded Stage Only)

• ✅ Overnight Holding: Allowed (you can keep trades open past market close).

• ❌ Weekend Holding: Not allowed (all trades must be closed before markets shut down on Friday).

• ❌ News Trading: Not Allowed

Minimum Trade Duration

• Every trade must be held for at least 3 minutes before it can be closed.

• One violation is tolerated (e.g., accidentally closing a trade too early).

• A second violation will result in account breach.

🔹 Payout Rules (Funded Stage)

• First Payout: Available after 21 days from your first trade on the funded account.

• Subsequent Payouts: Weekly, every 7 calendar days.

• Profit Split: 90% Trader / 10% FxThrone.

Example: On $100,000 funded account → max withdrawal = $6,000 per cycle.

🔹 Profit Consistency Rule

To promote stable risk management, traders must follow the 25% Profit Consistency Rule.

• You cannot generate more than 25% of your total payout cycle profit in a single trade or a single day.

Example:

• On a $100,000 funded account, your max payout per cycle is capped at 6% = $6,000.

• 25% of $6,000 = $1,500.

This means:

• You cannot make more than $1,500 profit in a single trade.

• You cannot make more than $1,500 profit in a single trading day.

• If breached, the funded account will be considered failed.

✅ Note: Apart from this rule, there is no lot size consistency, no profit distribution consistency, and no restrictive trade patterns. You are free to trade your own way as long as you respect the risk management rules.

🔹 Additional Notes

• No Scaling Plan (for now): We don't currently offer account scaling, but you can operate multiple funded accounts.

• Transparency & Fairness: All accounts are monitored with real-time risk management systems to ensure fair evaluation.

✅ By respecting these rules, you'll have a clear and professional pathway to trade with FxThrone's Instant Account and start earning consistent funded payouts.
